PROCESSING TIMES
All Kitty Girl pieces are produced in small batches and/or handmade with care.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for order processing before shipment
- additional time during launches, restocks, or high-volume periods
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Kitty Girl currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- location
- package weight
- shipping method
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Kitty Girl does not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand worldwide in the future ♡
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Kitty Girl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production and fulfillment may already be in progress.
SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION
Many Kitty Girl garments are handmade or produced in limited quantities. Slight variations may occur and are part of the individuality of each piece.
