RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the intimate nature of our garments, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, Kitty Girl does not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or intimate apparel.

Please review sizing carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit or sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or shipment begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION

Many Kitty Girl pieces are produced in small batches or handmade-to-order. Slight variations may occur and are part of the individuality of each garment.
